    Published on

In Abuja, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has returned from a private trip to London and France.
Bayo Onanuga, the President’s Special Advisor on Information and Strategy, announced this on Monday night through a post on his š• handle.
“President Tinubu is back,” he wrote.

Recall that Onanuga said in a statement on Thursday, April 17, 2025, that Tinubu’s absence is only temporary and is consistent with the specified timetable of roughly two weeks, despite appeals for his urgent return to Nigeria due to an increase in insecurity situations.

According to him, Tinubu has been in close contact with important government figures and has been in charge of important national issues, such as giving security chiefs instructions on how to handle new threats in certain regions of the nation.

Onanuga went on to say that after the Easter break is over, Tinubu will return to Abuja and resume his responsibilities at Aso Villa.

On Wednesday, April 2, President Tinubu departed Nigeria on a two-week business visit to Paris, France.

Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, revealed the news in a statement.

According to the statement, the President will review key accomplishments and assess the administration’s mid-term performance while on this trip.
