Eedris Abdulkareem to Seyi Tinubu: “Tell your father that Nigerians are suffering”

    Published on

The son of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Seyi Tinubu, has been encouraged by veteran singer Eedris Abdulkareem to tell his father about the suffering of Nigerians.

In a new song called “Tell Your Papa,” the seasoned singer made the plea, seemingly in response to Seyi Tinubu’s arrogant assertion that his father is the best president in Nigerian history.

Speaking to a group of young people in Adamawa State last month, Seyi Tinubu caused a stir when he called his father the best president in Nigerian history.

Abdulkareem responded in his latest song by criticizing Seyi and emphasizing that the president’s son was indifferent to the predicament of Nigerians who face insecurity and economic hardship.

Tell your papa country firmly, Seyi. Inform your father that people die. Don’t pass jagajaga, tell your papa,” he sings.

“How far, Seyi? Your papa won’t try, I promise. Too many unfulfilled promises. Take this message to him on behalf of Nigerians: Nigerians are killed by kidnappers.

Try traveling by road without protection, Seyi. It will make you understand the suffering of your fellow Nigerians. You don’t have to worry about vulnerability because you travel private jets.
