In Primorye Territory in the Far East of Russia, a man was attacked and killed by an Amur tiger.
The incident took place in the Dalnerechensky District, around 480 kilometers northeast of Vladivostok, close to the settlement of Zimniki, according to local media.
This was revealed on Tuesday by Philipp Shutov, the Deputy Minister of Forestry, Environmental Protection, Wildlife, and Natural Resources for Primorye.
Shutov said in a video statement that hunting supervision experts and police officers were on the scene at the moment.
