Fulham manager Marco Silva has praised Super Eagles midfielder Alex Iwobi ahead of the team’s Premier League clash against Brighton & Hove Albion. Iwobi, who has been in exceptional form this season, has contributed three goals and three assists in 13 league appearances, solidifying his importance to Fulham.

Silva highlighted Iwobi’s versatility and composure on the field, particularly his standout performance in Fulham’s 1-1 draw against Tottenham Hotspur. The manager described Iwobi as a player who never panics, even in difficult situations, and emphasized the positive impact of his confident and happy demeanor on his performances.

“I call him a happy boy,” Silva said. “When you’re surrounded by positive energy, good things are more likely to happen.” He further expressed his belief that Iwobi’s current form marks the beginning of what could be a stellar career for the midfielder.

With the Premier League match against Brighton set for December 5 at Craven Cottage, Silva is hopeful Iwobi will continue his strong performances and help Fulham maintain their competitive edge.
