EPL: Fulham’s manager has high hopes for “happy boy” Iwobi

Alex Iwobi has received plaudits from Fulham boss Marco Silva ahead of the Whites’ Premier League matchup with Brighton & Hove Albion.

On Thursday (today), the Londoners will host Brighton at the Craven Cottage.

With three goals and three assists in 13 league games this season, Iwobi has been in outstanding form for Fulham.

During last weekend’s 1-1 draw at Tottenham Hotspur, the Nigerian put on an incredible show.

I refer to him as a “happy boy.” Silva told reporters, “I believe good things will come to you when you are in a happy place, when you are so positive, and when people around you are positive.”

“He never shows signs of nervousness during the game. He will be a very confident player.
