DJ Cuppy Declares Herself ‘Wife Material’ with a Twist

    Published on

Nigerian disc jockey and music star, Florence Otedola, popularly known as DJ Cuppy, has humorously declared herself “wife material” in a post on her X handle.

Cuppy, the daughter of billionaire Femi Otedola, shared a picture of herself doing laundry, captioned: “Wifey material: doing laundry and trying not to break hearts at the same time.” The 32-year-old praised her multitasking skills, blending household responsibilities with her vibrant personality.

Beyond the humor, DJ Cuppy has expressed profound views on love, marriage, and spirituality. Since her baptism, she has been vocal about her commitment to God, wishing for a partner who seeks divine connection first. She recently shared, “God, may I be so deep in you that my husband has to seek you first before he may find me.”

Cuppy also advocates for ambitious women marrying only supportive partners. Reflecting on this, she wrote in October, “Perhaps it is true after all, ambitious women really only have 2 options: a super supportive partner or no partner at all.”

Currently single, DJ Cuppy’s last known relationship was with British boxer Ryan Taylor. The pair ended their engagement in July 2023, seven months after their surprise proposal in November 2022.
