Primate Ayodele Warns COAS of Planned Terror Attacks in Seven Nigerian States

    Published on

Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, has issued a warning to Lt. General Olufemi Oluyede, Nigeria’s new Chief of Army Staff (COAS), about an imminent wave of terror attacks targeting seven Nigerian states.

In a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, Primate Ayodele urged the Nigerian Army to prepare for these attacks, emphasizing the need for a spiritual approach to combating insecurity alongside conventional tactics. He also revealed that he had previously cautioned the Army about the rise of a new, powerful terrorist group that could emerge as a coalition involving factions like Al-Qaeda, ISIS, Boko Haram, and Hezbollah.

Primate Ayodele specified that states, including Abuja, Niger, Plateau, Katsina, Maiduguri, Benue, and Imo, are at risk of attack from December to February. He advised military forces to fortify all formations and intensify security operations during this period to prevent loss of life and protect the nation’s defenses. Additionally, he warned of further security threats in 2025 if preventive measures are not taken soon.

The spiritual leader also advocated for a strategic “cleanup” to track and counter terrorist movements effectively, urging the military to heed divine guidance in safeguarding the country.
