As part of measures to enhance transcript processing efficiency and digitise the operations of the Kwara State Polytechnic towards ensuring improved service delivery, the Management, in conjunction with the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND), has embarked on Electronic Transcript Ordering and Management System (ETOMS) training for its Records staff.

The Rector of the Polytechnic, Engr. Abdul Jimoh Muhammed, who paid an unscheduled visit to the training venue, commended the staff for their commitment to acquiring the necessary skills that would enable them to effectively utilise the Electronic Transcript Ordering and Management System.

The Rector, who emphasised the importance of embracing technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity, assured the staff that the management would continue to invest in capacity-building initiatives to ensure they remain adept in leveraging technology.

The training covered key aspects of the ETOMS, including transcript ordering, processing, and security features.

Responding, the Deputy Registrar Records Unit, Mr. Thomas Odeyemi, lauded the Principal Officers for the visit and the institution’s unwavering commitment to staff development.
