    KWASU Governing Council Lauds Gov AbdulRazaq on Appointment of Prof. Jimoh as VC

    The Governing Council of the Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, has lauded Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, who is the Visitor to the institution, for the discerning decision to appoint the best suited candidate as the Vice Chancellor of KWASU.

    This appointment, according to a statement by Prof. AbdulGaniyu Ambali, Pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governing Council of KWASU “reflects the Governor’s commitment to the growth and development of our University especially as the Governing Council is confident that under the leadership of Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh as the Vice Chancellor, KWASU will flourish academically, foster an environment of inclusivity, and continue to produce graduates who will make significant contributions to society.

    “For this, we commend the determination of Governor AbdulRazaq to ensure excellence in education and his unwavering dedication to the progress and development of Kwara State University.

    “Once again, we express our utmost appreciation for the appointment of the best suited candidate as Vice Chancellor and we look forward to the positive impact the new Vice-Chancellor will make in steering Kwara State University towards greater success.”
