Nana Otedola, the mother of Nigerian disc jockey Florence Otedola, known as DJ Cuppy, has expressed her hopes for her daughter to find a suitable life partner. DJ Cuppy shared a screenshot of her mother’s prayer on her Instagram story. The message conveyed that now that DJ Cuppy is becoming her best self and is fully united with God, she will meet a man who is also on his journey of self-improvement. Her mother believes that God will provide her with a man who is pursuing a relationship with God.

Earlier this year, DJ Cuppy revealed that one of her biggest regrets was not refusing her estranged fiancé, Ryan Taylor. The two got engaged in November 2022 but parted ways in July 2023, just seven months later. DJ Cuppy has spoken about the challenges of being single and childless in her 30s, describing it as a difficult experience.

In a related context, the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, publicly expressed his wish for his daughter, Princess Adeola, to find a husband as she celebrated her 30th birthday. He shared a post on Instagram, expressing gratitude for her life and praying for her future, hoping she would find a suitable partner.
