FC Barcelona bid farewell to their home ground, the Lluís Companys Stadium, for the season with a resounding 3-0 victory over Rayo Vallecano on Sunday. The match marked the conclusion of their official fixtures in the City Condal, at least for the time being. Following the game, several Barcelona players seized the opportunity to capture moments on the pitch, perhaps hinting at farewells as the summer transfer window looms.

Among those spotted taking photographs were Frenkie de Jong, Ronald Araújo, and Raphinha, three players whose futures at the club have been subject to speculation. Their presence in the images, alongside their families, added a poignant touch to the occasion, suggesting that they may be considering departures from the club in the upcoming transfer window.

The video footage captured by ‘Relief’ also revealed the presence of Marcos Alonso and Oriol Romeu, who are set to depart Barcelona next season. Alonso, whose contract expires on June 30, will be leaving the club, with no plans for renewal. Similarly, Romeu is expected to move on, signaling the end of his time at Barcelona.

In addition to the aforementioned players, Andreas Christensen was also spotted on the pitch. While he did not participate in the photo session, he shared a moment with his son, playing with a ball on the turf. Like Jules Koundé, Christensen is another player who could attract offers in the transfer market, and Barcelona, aware of potential replacements, may not rule out his departure.

The images captured at the Lluís Companys Stadium serve as a reminder of the uncertainty surrounding the futures of several Barcelona players, highlighting the transitional period the club may undergo in the upcoming transfer window.
