Kwara State Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has commiserated with the people of Ilemona in Oyun Local Government Area on the passage, today Saturday May 18, of His Royal Highness Oba Yusuf Omokanye Oyekanmi.
The Elemona passed away at the age of 95, according to palace’s accounts.
The Governor has, therefore, sent his heartfelt condolences to sons and daughters of Ilemona, especially members of his immediate family such as the member of the Kwara State House of Assembly representing Odo-Ogun State Constituency Honourable Toye Yusuf and the aide-de-camp (ADC) to the President Col. Nurudeen Yusuf.
The Governor asked Allaah to grant Oba Yusuf Omokanye Oyekanmi al-jannah Firdaus and give comfort to everyone who mourns him.
