    Kano Governor Appoints Heads of Parastatals

    Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano State has made several key appointments for the heads of parastatals in the state. The announcement was made through a statement issued by his Chief Press Secretary, Sanusi DawakinTofa.

    The appointments were made with the intention of placing qualified individuals in positions to enhance good governance within the state. Here are some of the key appointments:

    1. Salisu A. Kabo – Director General, Youth Empowerment.
    2. Dr. Hamisu Sadi Ali – Director General, Debt Management Office.
    3. Abduljabbar Mohammed Umar – Director General, KAN-INVEST.
    4. Yusuf Kabir Gaya – Executive Chairman, State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB).
    5. Mustapha Adamu Indabawa – Managing Director, Abubakar Rimi Television (ARTV).
    6. Hamisu Dogon Nama – Managing Director, Kantin Kwari Market.
    7. Abdulkadir B. Hussain – Managing Director, Sabon Gari Market.

    These appointments reflect the state government’s commitment to improving governance and administration in Kano State.
