Saudi Arabian football club Al-Ittihad is reportedly preparing an astounding €150 million bid to secure the services of Liverpool’s star player, Mohamed Salah. The proposed deal comprises a guaranteed €100 million fee with an additional €50 million in potential add-ons.

If successfully executed, this transfer would stand as the most expensive in the history of Saudi football, surpassing Neymar’s €90 million move. In addition to the substantial transfer fee, Al-Ittihad is willing to offer Salah a salary that aligns with those earned by football luminaries like Neymar and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The transfer window in Saudi Arabia is open until September 20, providing more than three weeks for negotiations and the potential closure of the deal. Al-Ittihad is reportedly ready to offer Salah an annual salary of £65 million, a substantial figure designed to attract the player’s attention.

However, as of now, Liverpool has not agreed to the proposed transfer. The club is determined to retain Salah, who is a prized asset for the team. The outcome of these negotiations will be closely watched by football fans worldwide, as it could lead to a historic transfer and reshape player valuations in the sport.
