The Coalition for Tinubu-Okpebholo-Nigeria has declared its readiness to mobilise support for President Bola Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Its National Coordinator, Amb Precious Topa, said, in a statement on Tuesday, the coalition was prepared to take the campaign for continuity to the grassroots across the country, adding the group would work with its coordinators, supporters and other stakeholders to broaden support for the President ahead of the general election.
He said the coalition would also leverage the political leadership of Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, whom he described as a committed supporter of the President’s Renewed Hope agenda.
According to him, the organisation would engage youths, women, students, professionals, community leaders and other groups in building support for the President.
Topa said: “We are ready. Our structures are ready, our coordinators are ready and our supporters are ready. The task before us is to take the message to the people and build an even broader coalition for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
“We believe in continuity, stability and progress. We will go to the grassroots, engage Nigerians and make the case for consolidating the gains of this administration.”
The National Coordinator said Okpebholo had demonstrated loyalty to the President and provided political leadership capable of strengthening the coalition’s mobilisation, particularly in Edo State and the South-South geopolitical zone, adding that the group’s campaign would focus on the administration’s record and its plans for the country.
“This is about one mission: consolidating progress and building a stronger Nigeria. We are ready for 2027,” he said.
